We both know this is going to be good.. right ;)
By the way, Happy Full Moon. Have you been feeling it? Cause this has been inteeeeense.
Anyways - I hope you’re doing well and having a wonderful day wherever you are.

Will you take a hot second to take a deep breath, maybe crack your neck, straighten your back, just like pause?

Cool. Thanks.

So today’s topic is… how the F can you heal in the same environment that got you sick.

Ever heard of “if you spend too much time in a barber’s shop, you’re sure to get a haircut?” It’s a saying in AA about hanging out in bars… if you’re sober and hanging out in bars/clubs, it might be a matter of time before you drink.

and I hadn’t even really been pondering this topic, until I blurted it out yesterday to my partner during a convo about his relationship with his parents. We’re at their house in the South of France and it’s been…. interesting. to say the least.

I’m sure you also have had complicated family dynamics at some point in your life, so we get it… the thing is though, do you have to stay in the same environment that made you unwell in the first place? Where the trauma happened? Where XYZ happened? That holds so much energy, so many memories? There is no right or wrong answer, this is very subjective obviously, but from what I’ve observed, studied, and personally experience, a change of environment is often KEY in the healing process.

I’m a big fan of Joe Dispenza, and he is the first to talk about environment and epigenetics. I went to his retreat last year in Barcelona and got my brains blown up - if you can go to one of his retreats, GO. You will witness and experience literally supernatural things.

These are the keypoints, from the scientific perspective, of why environment matters so much:

(juicy discount on my yearly membership - it’s the cost of 3 Starbucks in the USA)
